Natures embrace, 2025 

My body of work is about the divine female connection with nature and the magic it brings to the human mind and its healing through physical touch. The longing to be in contact with our roots and the everlasting ties to earth. I choose to photograph this work in the forest as its natural structures are of a similarity to the human body, a tree's bark is fingerprints, branches are limbs and roots are the mind. The precious white skirt being dressed in rain and mud holds power; we figure out that the artificial means nothing. The freedom and awakening of the rain upon your skin and being laid upon the trees, an act of entanglement between you and natures’ embrace. We feel at sound mind and ease while embedding ourselves in natures presence. The female spirit let loose and free amongst the welcoming arms of the trees.
